Some campsites may be reserved (including boat-in group camps)
by phoning (800) 444-7275. Sites not reserved and boat-in
family camps are available on a first come - first served basis.
#01 Bidwell Canyon Campground
Near the junction of Royal Oaks Dr. and Kelly Ridge Rd., Oroville CA 95966
Operated by concessionaire, 75 sites, boat ramp, running water,
showers, flush toilets, full hook-ups, dump station, open all
year.
#02 Loafer Creek Campground
Forbestown Rd. off Olive Hwy. 162, Oroville CA 95966
137 developed sites, no hook-ups, drinking water, boat ramp, flush
toilets, showers, laundry, dump station, swim beach, max. R.V.
length 31 ft., open all year.
#03 Loafer Creek Group Camps
6 group areas, max. persons per area-25, max. vehicles per area-6,
each area contains 5 tables, 5 tent sites, barbecue, fire ring,
food preparation center, storage cabinet, drinking water, flush
toilets, showers.
#04 North Point Boat-In Camp
Located at Bloomer Primitive Area, boat access only, no water,
vault toilets, cleared and leveled tent spots, table, stove.
#05 Knoll Boat-In Camp
Located at Bloomer Primitive Area, boat access only, no water,
vault toilets, cleared and leveled tent spots, table, stove.
#06 South Cove Boat-In Camp
Located at Bloomer Primitive Area, boat access only, no water,
vault toilets, cleared and leveled tent spots, table, stove.
#07 South-Bloomer Boat-In Group Camp
Located at Bloomer Primitive Area, accommodates groups up to 75
persons, boat access only, no water, vault toilets, cleared and
leveled tent spots, table, stove.
#08 Craig Saddle Boat-In Camp
East of the spillway, can be approached from either the middle
or south fork of the Feather River, access only, no water, vault
toilets, cleared and leveled tent spots, table, stove.
#09 Foreman Point Boat-In Camp
Can be reached from the southwest by way of the lake itself or
from the north fork of the Feather River, access only, no water,
vault toilets, cleared and leveled tent spots, table, stove.
#10 Goat Ranch Boat-In Camp
Near the junction of the west branch and the north fork of the
Feather River, boat access only, no water, vault toilets, cleared
and leveled tent spots, table, stove.
#11 Floating Campsites
Four floating campsites are also available, phone (800)
