  • Regulations

    • Check-in time - 3:00 p.m., Check-out time - 1:00 p.m.
    • Swimming, waterskiing, wading, and similar body contact activities are prohibited, and regulations are strictly enforced.
    • Camping is limited to two vehicles, and eight persons per campsite, except in designated group campsites.
    • Campfires are permitted only in fire rings provided.
    • Gathering wood is prohibited. Firewood is available at the coffee shop.
    • Please do not run generators between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. Please maintain quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
    • Reservations are necessary for "C" units or monthly R.V. sites.
    • Two week maximum stay in "C" units and campsites.

    Boating Requirements

    • Boating is permitted from sunrise to sunset. Boating during periods of darkness is prohibited.
    • All vessels must be operated in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
    • 25 mph speed limit in open water.
    • It is prohibited to operate any boat at a speed greater than 5 miles per hour within 200 feet of any reservoir shoreline, marina, boathouse, floating restroom, launch ramp, dock, buoy line, and any other posted or "no wake" areas.
    • Mooring is only permitted in the marina area.
    • The minimum boat length permitted on Pardee Reservoir is 10 feet.
    • The use of threadfin shad or live clams for bait at Pardee Reservoir is prohibited.

    Notes

    • Swimming, waterskiing, wading, and similar body contact activities are prohibited, and regulations are strictly enforced.
    • The reservoir level fluctuates, submerged hazards are present and not always marked with a buoy.
    • Season opens first friday in February and closes last Sunday in October.
