Regulations
- Open fires and camping along the shores of the lake are prohibited. Fires are permitted only in designated campsites with fire rings. Keep firepit free of glass and trash.
- All camping is on a first-come, first-served basis except at the group and handicapped sites where reservations can be made. No holding of campsites is permitted.
- Two car, eight person limit per campsite.
- Checkout time is 2 p.m., re-register by 10 a.m.
- No refunds.
- Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. (radios off).
- Gate closes at 10 p.m. and opens at 8 a.m.
- There is no off-road operation of vehicles permitted.
Boating Requirements
- Travel in a counter-clockwise pattern.
- Stay to the right in narrow channels or head-on passing situations.
- 50 mph daytime speed limit.
- 5 mph nighttime speed limit.
- 5 mph limit within 100 ft. of swimmer, 200 feet of swim beach, swim float, dock, or launch.
Notes
- The access road to Deer Creek Point may be inundated by high water on occasion. Contact road conditions at (559) 787-2589.
- Travel in a counter-clockwise pattern on all lakes, rivers, and other waterways in Fresno County.
- Water levels may be shallow and depths change frequently. Visitors are reminded that underwater hazards and water depths are not posted and should be checked before use.
- There is no off-road operation of vehicles permitted.
